Ordering & Delivery
Is your delivery discreet?
Your privacy is extremely important to us.
All MyDungeon orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging, with no product details visible on the outside of the parcel. The sender name and label are also kept discreet, so there’s nothing to reveal what’s waiting inside.
Your dungeon stays your business.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked.
UK delivery usually takes around two working days from dispatch, and you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey. A signature may also be required in some areas.
Please remember that delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched, rather than from the moment your order is placed.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes! UK delivery is completely free on every MyDungeon order.
Whether you’re ordering an accessory or investing in a new piece of BDSM furniture, there’s no additional UK delivery charge waiting for you at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, MyDungeon ships worldwide. Delivery is free on all UK orders and on European orders over £50.
Shipping charges apply to European orders under £50 and all other international orders, with the cost calculated based on the delivery destination.

Which BDSM furniture is best for a smaller space?
If space is limited, our Compact Bondage Bench is a great place to start.
At 100cm long × 30cm wide, it has a smaller footprint than traditional BDSM furniture. Once folded, it measures just 12cm high, making it much easier to tuck away when playtime is over.
All MyDungeon furniture is designed to fold away when they’re not in use, and are made with functionality in mind.

I’m new to BDSM furniture. Where should I start?
Great question — and you definitely don’t need a fully equipped dungeon on day one.
If you’re completely new to BDSM, starting with a few restraints or accessories can be a great way to discover what you enjoy before expanding your setup.
When you’re ready to introduce furniture, MyDungeon pieces are designed to be straightforward and accessible while still offering the durability and quality expected from purpose-built BDSM equipment.

Which accessories work with my furniture?
MyDungeon furniture includes built-in restraint points that can be used with any compatible restraint secured using a clip.
Our Ultimate Ratchet Cuffs come with two metal, double-ended clips designed for this purpose. Please note that clips are not supplied with the furniture itself, so you will need suitable clips if your chosen restraints do not already include them.
Are there weight limits for your furniture?
MyDungeon does not currently state a certified maximum weight limit. The benches have been used and tested at a weight of 102kg. If you have any concerns about whether a particular product is suitable for you, please contact us before ordering.
Setup & Storage
Does the furniture arrive assembled?
The Compact Bondage Bench arrives fully assembled and requires no tools.
Simply unfold the legs, secure them into position and your bench can go from stored away to scene-ready in seconds.
How easy is the furniture to store?
MyDungeon furniture is designed with real homes in mind.
Several pieces can be folded down for easier storage when they’re not being used, helping you create a dedicated play setup without permanently sacrificing the rest of your space.

How do I clean and care for my furniture?
Our marine-grade vinyl is designed to be hard-wearing and easy to care for.
For everyday cleaning, use a soft cloth with mild soap and warm water, then wipe again with clean water to remove any residue and dry thoroughly.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh solvents or rough cleaning tools that could damage the vinyl finish.
Privacy, Returns & Support
What will appear on my bank statement?
Payments made to MyDungeon will appear on your bank statement as SP MY DUNGEON.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If something doesn’t look right when your order arrives, please let us know as soon as possible.
