Shipping Costs

UK Orders

• Free shipping on all UK orders – no minimum spend
• All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked

EU Furniture Orders

• Free shipping on all EU furniture orders
• Accessories to the EU may incur a shipping charge, calculated at checkout

Dispatch Times

Accessory Orders

• Orders containing only accessories are dispatched the same day
• Place your order by 7:00pm, Monday–Friday to qualify for same‑day dispatch
• Orders placed after 7:00pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day

Furniture Orders

• All furniture orders are hand-checked and prepared before shipping
• We dispatch furniture within 3 working days of your order being placed
• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked (or an equivalent tracked service for EU furniture orders):

• Estimated delivery time: around 2 working days from dispatch for UK orders
• Fully tracked service – you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress
• A signature may be required on delivery in some areas

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

• All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging
• There are no product details visible on the outside of the parcel
• The sender name and label are discreet, so no one will know what’s inside
